Background
Challenge
The clinic already had good rankings and a great reputation but the website didn’t live up to the aesthetic focus of their brand, and there was still ranking opportunities falling through the cracks. The challenge was to navigate a major relaunch to improve conversion rates without damaging existing SEO results.
Strategy
We discussed a new site design to improve branding and help build more trust with potential clients – an ugly website just wasn’t going to cut it for their high ticket cosmetic services. We also did extensive research on consumer search behaviour in their industry and started working out the layers of strategy needed for both short and long term success.
Approach
We worked with Sonder Creative on a new website design and then went to work executing the SEO improvements we identified in the strategy phase. The result was an immediate lift in booked appointments and higher rankings for key search terms. Our ongoing search efforts have made them a dominant competitor ever since.
